This tool is just a fresh view of the use of the land from our teenage perspective
that we hope you enjoy page by page when informing you about current topics.

Our intention when creating the magazine is mainly to inform about sports,
but we had some concerns with the subject since we did not have enough
knowledge and information about the central theme that was the land
tenure.

Then what we did, was to explore our opinions and perspectives due to the
fact that we are only 2 people working on the magazine, but we got to do
the articles and more magazine sections.

We have learned to make better articles for going to the difficult thing that
to have better work in class, also the most important thing is that finally in
especial me(Juan Felipe) I Lear that all the works that I have to do in life have
to be complete.

For us writers our magazine can be at an acceptable level, and also get the

architecture was the palace of Versailles this architecture were most used for palace, for
religion, for government center, also we can find for gardens, manor house and royal
Properties. For last we will see what is the relationship of this two is that some of the
structure right now in urban are be inspired in the landscape architecture from the
century 19.

History
“For the period before 1800, the history of landscape gardening (later called landscape
architecture) is largely that of master planning and garden design for manor
houses, palaces and royal properties, religious complexes, and centers of government.
An example is the extensive work by André Le Nôtre at Vaux-le-Vicomte for King Louis
XIV of France at the Palace of Versailles. The first person to write of making a
landscape was Joseph Addison in 1712. The term landscape architecture was invented
by Gilbert Laing Meason in 1828, and John Claudius Loudon (1783–1843) was
instrumental in the adoption of the term landscape architecture by the modern
profession. He took up the term from Meason and gave it publicity in his Encyclopedias
and in his 1840 book on the Landscape Gardening and Landscape Architecture of the
Late Humphry Repton.[5]

The practice of landscape architecture spread from the Old to the New World. The term
"landscape architect" was used as a professional title by Frederick Law Olmsted in the
United States in 1863[citation needed] and Andrew Jackson Downing (1815–
1852),[6] another early American landscape designer, was editor of The
Horticulturist magazine (1846–52). In 1841 his first book, A Treatise on the Theory and
Practice of Landscape Gardening, Adapted to North America, was published to a great
success; it was the first book of its kind published in the United States.[7] During the
latter 19th century, the term landscape architect begun to be used by professional
landscapes designers, and was firmly established after Frederick Law Olmsted,
Jr. and Beatrix Jones (later Farrand) with others founded the American Society of
Landscape Architects (ASLA) in 1899. IFLA was founded at Cambridge, England, in
1948 with Sir Geoffrey Jellicoe as its first president, representing 15 countries
from Europe and North America. Later, in 1978, IFLA's Headquarters were established
in Versailles.[8][9][10]

Through the 19th century, urban planning became a focal point and central issue in
cities. The combination of the tradition of landscape gardeningand the emerging field of
urban planning offered Landscape Architecture an opportunity to serve these
needs.[11] In the second half of the century, Frederick Law Olmsted completed a series
of parks which continue to have a huge influence on the practices of Landscape
Architecture today. Among these were Central Park in New York City, Prospect
Park in Brooklyn, New York and Boston's Emerald Necklace park system. Jens
Jensen designed sophisticated and naturalistic urban and regional parks
for Chicago, Illinois, and private estates for the Ford family including Fair
Lane and Gaukler Point. One of the original ten founding members of the American
Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA), and the only woman, was Beatrix Farrand.
She was design consultant for over a dozen universities
including: Princeton in Princeton, New Jersey; Yale in New Haven, Connecticut; and
the Arnold Arboretum for Harvard in Boston, Massachusetts. Her numerous
private estate projects include the landmark Dumbarton Oaks in
uthe Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, D.C..[12] Since that time, other
architects — most notably Ruth Havey and Alden Hopkins—changed certain elements
of the Farrand design.” Wikipedia

We see that the landscape architecture have in this moment to much examples that the
urban architecture have been inspired of the landscape architecture from 19 century
that this have a very important paper of the architecture in the history the aspect that
this have is very consider in the ecology part.

The electrical cars,
An electric cars is an automobile that is propelled by one or more electrical motors,it is
considered one of the most amazing and sustainable human creation, and is going to be the
change for many environment problems like gases or smoke of the common cars and
motorcycles. Mexico City is one of the most contaminated place in all the world because of the
amount of common cars commuting from one place to another, but you never ask your self
what will be the solution for that problematic? The solution can be the electrical cars! But in
Mexico City that is a city there are only 35 cars in all the city.

And is not only for taking care of the world,it is also for you and for your pocket, because when
using common cars all the weeks you have to pay gasoline, while in electrical cars is free and all
you have to do is connect a cable to plug to start the charging and then, enjoy a very nice trip.

However, all things have advantages and disadvantages. An electric car is a great way for you, as
a consumer, to save a lot of money on gas. However, there are so many different reasons why
you should invest in an electric car in the modern day of life. You know that the average
American’s daily round-trip commute is less than 30 miles? With many electric vehicles having a
range of more than 70 miles a charge, they are a reliable and comfortable way for Americans to
get from one point to another, “Currently there are 13 electric vehicle models on the market,
and the number continues to rise. For model years 2013 and 2014, manufacturers are expected
to debut at least 18 new plug-in hybrid and all-electric vehicles, including the 2014 Chevrolet
Spark EV and 2014 Fiat 500e -- both of which were unveiled this week at the 2012 Los Angeles
Auto Show”.

Other advantages could be that electric cars are very quiet and smooth. It’s very convenient to
pull into your garage, reach over for a plug, and push it into the charging inlet. The Colombian
government has a day in which the cars and the motorcycle can't transit but the electrical cars
yes, so this are some of the benefits that can change your life.

On the other hand, there are some cons like limited range of miles and take hours to fully refuel.
The cost is another issue since these cars are two or three times more expensive than gas-
powered vehicles.

There are many good and bad opinions about this type of transport, but looking at the statistics
can be concluded or to have an hypothesis that electric cars are the best option. So far has not
been able to know a person who does want to have a good future, then to reach that long
dreamed one of the most important contributors in that construction is you. Sometimes people
ask that in what way they can contribute to help, and the answer is very simple being good

environmental citizens, not throwing trash, recycling and using electric cars to have a better
environment especially improving the appearance of our ozone layer without the gases produced
by ordinary cars.

The question that could appear is the following: Is the usage of electrical cars the solution for the
future? It seems not. Think about the use of batteries, which are made of Lithium, neodymium,
terbium and dysprosium, all chemical elements that require mining processes such as open pit
mines that present waste and environment challenges for the future.

So, people or consumers must think in other alternatives if they want to continue using a vehicule
for long displacement. One example could be Natural Gas Vehicles (NGVs), which are cleanest,
cheapest and part-replacement simplest.

In conclusion, electric cars are better than gas-powered cars in terms of contamination, have
advantages and disadvantages, however the usage of batteries make them quite complex also
for the environment. NGVs could be the better option amount vehicles. But what about other
ways of transportation such as bicycles along with mass transportation such as subway or metro
in some larges cities. Think about excessive that people also do, which is healthy and kee people’s
mind in outstanding condition. Nowadays, people should think in collective benefits rather than
individual luxuries. Finally all of you have to think that if you want a good present and future you
have to do twice as many merits as mentioned above.
