ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Managing Director, APUFIDC, Guntur in the
reference 1st read above and in view of the Budget Release Order of the Finance
Department in the reference 2nd read above, Government hereby accord administrative
sanction for an amount of Rs.91,39,40,000/- (Rupees Ninety One Crore Thirty Nine
Lakh Forty Thousand Only) to the Managing Director, APUFIDC, Guntur from the BE
provision 2018-19 towards meeting the expenditure under Atal Mission for Rejuvenation
and Urban Transformation (AMRUT) Scheme.

2. The Assistant Secretary to Government, Municipal Administration & Urban


Development Department, A.P. Secretariat, Velagapudi shall draw the amount of
Rs.91,39,40,000/- (Rupees Ninety One Crore Thirty Nine Lakh Forty Thousand Only)
under implementation of Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation
(AMRUT) and adjust the said amount to the P.D. Account of APUFIDC.

3. The Managing Director, APUFIDC shall take necessary action in the matter.

4. This order issues as per the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance (FMU-
EFS&T,MA&UD, CRDA) Department vide G.O. Rt. No. 54, Finance (FMU-
EFS&T,MA&UD, CRDA) Department, dated 12-01-2019 and vide their U.O.Note No.
FMU0MRAS/30/2018 (Computer No.710788), Dated 18.01.2019.
