Framework for Student Housing Project

Product Overview

Experion Housing is a mobile application that can be used in the Luxury Student Housing Project by
Experion Developers for potential customers / students. It is a professionally run student housing
luxury accommodation with many entertainment facilities inside the premise for hundreds of
students.

Application Features

- Login/Register Page: essential for the new or existing users to store the basic important
information such as name, contact number, email, address, etc. before entering the app.

- Easy to use Search Engine: The most important part of the App to allow a user to easily select
an accommodation according to their needs.

Navigation Bar: easily accessed from the left side that can be viewed in greater size by
pulling the tab from to left corner. It would consist of the basic inputs that the user
would enter in order to book and select a house/room for a specified period of time.

Categories and Filters: This includes the number of persons and beds the user wants in
his/her room. Other categories to narrow down the choices according to user needs.
This would include more luxury items such as high speed WiFi, bathrooms with bathing
tubs, bigger television, computer, membership for pool, gyms, etc. and other amenities.
Price would increase accordingly with the greater number of facilities selected.

- Display Results: Results will be shown displaying the various options that are available
according the selected choices of the user. The price details would also be shown on right
side, with an image of the respected room on the left side. It would also show the number of
such kind of rooms that are remaining in that specific building. The layout would be
presented in a stack form.

- Accommodation Details Screen: After selecting a desired result, the user would be presented
with a carousel of images of the room and the building. Below that would include all the
necessary information what that place has to offer along with the price details. There would
also be a map, reviews and ratings, share button, favourite button, and contact information
to ask for more details directly from the staff at Experion.

- Booking and Payment: user should then able to directly book their selected room for their
chosen amount of time period. After clicking on the “book” button, it would direct the user
to the payment page which would include all kinds of online payments. They should all be
secured with OTPs and other layers of security. A confirmation pop up and an automatic
email would be sent after a successful booking.

- Help / Customer Care: a help section (accessed from the right side navigation bar) to contact
the Experion developers help center via email (24x7) or phone. Also, it would have a link to
give feedback for the app developers or report any bug.

Other Functionalities

User Profiles, built-in Suggestion Engine, offers and deals, in-app Messenger, push Notifications,
Rewards, Subscription, Marketplace.
