We, AAA and BBB, both Filipinos, of legal ages, with postal address at Palo, Leyte, for and in
consideration of the sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P250,000.00), Philippine
currency, to us in hand paid to my entire satisfaction by CCC, INC., represented by XXX, Filipino, of
legal age, with postal address at Tacloban City, do hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY, in a
manner that is ABSOLUTE and IRREVOCABLE, unto the said buyer, its heirs and assigns, a parcel
of land, with improvements thereon (if any), particularly described as follows:
“A parcel of land, Lot 1-A of the subdivision plan (LRA) Psd-424899, being a portion
of Lot 1, Pcs-08-001358-D, situated in the Barrio of Candahug, Municipality of Palo,
Province of Leyte, Island of Leyte. Containing an area of one thousand two hundred
two (1,202) square meters, more or less, covered by TCT No. TP-24883 registered in
the name of spouses AAA and BBB.”
We HEREBY DECLARE AND CONFIRM that we are the absolute owner of the above-
mentioned property, as such we have the legal and perfect right to convey the same in the manner
herein provided, free from any and all liens and encumbrances which we hereby warrant, now and
forever, against any person or persons who may now or hereinafter establish a claim against the
vendees, their heirs and successors-in-interest.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
BEFORE ME a Notary Public for the City of Tacloban, Philippines, this ______________________ at
Tacloban City this Contract consisting of one (1) page/s including the page where the
acknowledgment is written, affiants personally appeared and exhibited to me their respective
identification cards, they are known to me and to me known to be the same persons who executed
the foregoing instrument and acknowledged to me that the same is their free act and voluntary
deed.
