“LEAN MANUFACTURING IMPLIMENT IN HIGH PRESSURE DIE CASTING
” We are implementation the lean manufacturing concept such as value stream
mapping, line balancing, single piece flow concept are used in Gear Box Housing Casting
process. The major problems we faced in the industry is over production and inventory.

 I did my project in Ashley alteams.
