Introduction:
Since the 1970s, mission statements have been the organizational communication that
best describes what the firm is about to all stakeholders. According to Drucker, the
missionstatement is the “foundation for priorities, strategies, plans, and work
assignments” (Drucker, 1974). According to Peter Drucker, it is the mission statement
that distinguishes one organization from another. It also provides the firm’s “reason for
being” that is communicated to all interestedstakeholders. In addition, Drucker states that
a mission statement is essential to the formation ofTheCompanies’ objectives and
strategies.Mission statements are, typically, fairly short containing only one or two
paragraphs.
Mission statements include all of the central characteristics of the company including the
firm’s purpose, unique qualities, values, critical stakeholders, and basic goals/objectives.
Missionstatements have been called creed statements, statements of philosophy,
statement of beliefs, andstatements of business purposes.

McDonald’s Branches in all of world Lahore , Islamabad America and other countries.
At scratch Bundu khan restaurant start their venture by opening their first branch in
Lahore on mall road (1991).after that they spread their business in different areas of
Lahore. Now they have following branches Mall road branchLiberty branchFortress
branchJohar town branchDHA branch Allama Iqbal town branch Multan road.Whenever
Kims Hot chili has one branch in Lahore samanabad. Hot chilli make in 2016 whenever
red chili 2014 and kims 2000. Fri chicks has 13 branches in Lahore.
Mission Statement:
Best food provide to their customers and best services provide but McDonalds and KFC
has best services and fast services to provide their customers and gave bet training to the
employees well technology whenever the other organization do to try best but they have
less no of employees it wants to more better and make the best services and
foodsMcDonald's fast food restaurants around the world is not much different from any
restaurant chain. That broad and common mission statement is more clearly defined by
the McDonald's Values, which reflects the experience that customers can expect when
walking into a McDonald's fast food restaurant no matter where it is located.Expanding
their engagement with experts to ensure that they are guided by the best scientific
information and insight.He founder of M/S Bundu Khan started the business of quality
food outlets with the mission to provide delicate cuisine having exceptional taste and
quality for all the food lovers. By the Grace of Allah Almighty the founder with help and
dedication of his management, successfully operated the restaurant which has now
transpired into a known food chain in Pakistan.

Conclusion:
Some local organization work hard and provide the best and fresh products to their
customers and earn the profit and required less employees or no employees recommended
P.C has more employees 500 or more whenever the local organization has 5 or 10
employees in small sector and gets more profit. Food Organization has more profits
however it has large organization or small. Stakeholder including employees,
stockholders, communities, and suppliers. Closely related to this is the fact that overall
the most commonly stated goals were theProduction of a quality product or service and
providing that product or service on a global basis.The statement is customer-oriented,
which means that the company is focused on satisfying customer needs, which is exactly
what McDonald’s stress in its mission. Nonetheless, McDonald’s statement doesn’t fully
reveal company’s ‘reason for being’ and poorly communicates primary business
information to its stakeholders.
