To expand Americans' privacy and protection from large corporations mass collection of
individuals data.
AN ACT
Protect Individuals through legal means from discriminatory behavior and corporations
malpractice of consumer data.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the “Privacy Act of 2019”.
SEC. 2. ORGANIZATION OF ACT INTO DIVISIONS; TABLE OF CONTENTS.
(a) Divisions.—This Act is organized into 3 divisions as follows:
(1) Division A—Consumer Data Investigation.
(2) Division B—Regulations and Punishment.
SEC. 1000A. SHORT TITLE.
This subtitle may be cited as the “Consumer Data Investigation Act 2019”.
A). The ability for corporations to collect consumer data leaves individuals vulnerable to
malpractice as show in “Case NO. 245 Facebook vs. The State of Seattle”
1). Corporations shall henceforth be required to make all data collection methods and
that data which is collected available to Corporate Action Committee (Senate
Committee NO. 245 2004) in order to promote fair use and protect the general public
2). This Corporate Action Committee will then review these corporations on a yearly
basis. If reasonable evidence is provided this committee may move to instigate a full
investigation into a corporation. This investigation will be commanded by the Federal
Bureau of Investigation, White Collar Division.
2). Those that have made monetary advancement from these malpractices shall be
fined in the amount of twice the total monetary gain.
