There are 1.4 million allopathic doctors in India yet we have failed to reach its millennium development goals related to health. ‘The definition of access is the ability to receive services of certain quality as a specific cost and convenience. Health care is a fundamental right but it is not fundamentally right in India. The World Bank estimates that 90% of the health needs can be met in primary health care level. Health sector attracts investment but delivery remains contentious. It had attracted steady investment in tertiary health care which has figured the country as one of the best spot for medical tourism. Presently less than one doctor for 1000 patients are giving services in the community but the Medical tourism is booming. Our health sector is amongst the cheapest in the world but affordability by our public is poor. Viewing all these our VK BORL Hospital had jumped into the service in this remote place with a goal to access in these factors that is provision of the supply of the health care facility which leads to utilization and finally attainment of good health.
