*** Read this first ***

- Getting Started, Workout, Diet and Nutrition, and Supplements Guide are put
together as one. You can see that when you open the Minimalist_Fitness_v2.pdf

- In the Supplements section, I didn't include the brands that I use. I wrote that
on the separate PDF named "Favourite Supplements.pdf”

- I created another PDF — the 28-week Workout Plan — as another BONUS which has the
4 workout phases and all the workout notes and reminders. I made this so you won’t
have to go through the whole main guide again for workout stuff refreshers. Just
open the WorkoutPlan.pdf

- Exercise names and instructions at ExerciseManual.pdf

- I answered all the questions that I have been asked at FAQs.pdf

- Make sure to read all the PDFs from start to finish to really make the most out
of the program
