during change over from HFO to MDO our A/E Booster module expirience some problem.

On the HMI the pressures readings from booster and supply pump were not the same as
on the pressure gauge, both local and remote HMI.
Also the readings of viscosity and temperature on the remote HMI (ECR) suddenly
froze so the values were different from the local HMI,
we solved this problem by restarting the Remote HMI and the values were now the
same as on the local
but still pressure readings were off, we tried to reset the Analog input module
(A5) on the Main control cabinet where the sensors were connected
after the reset there is no more reading from pressure and viscosity on the HMIs
and the LEDs on the Analog input module starts to blink (flashing red LED both DIAG
and Channels)
we taught that the analog module was not syncing with the main CPU so we tried to
reset all the controller, still the problem does not solved.
after an hour the analog module LED status were stable on Green there were readings
on the pressure but not still not the same as in the pressure gauge and the nothing
in the viscosity
then after a few minutes the LED status of the analog input module starts to blink
again (flashing Red LED), and no more readings on the HMI.
we tried to disconnect the whole analog input module checked the inside on the
module to check if there was any signs of burn or damages, module was visually
good.
we put back again the analog input module and restarted the controllers again but
still the same problem occurs.
