Classroom Handbook
2018-2019
Welcome to kindergarten! My name is Miss Close and I am so
excited to be your child’s teacher for the 2017-2018 school year. I
can’t wait to see all of your children’s shining faces EVERYDAY this
year. In order to make this year a success, make sure all school
supplies arrive to Room 125 on parent orientation night or the first
day of school. Also, it is important that your child arrives on time
and every day in order to stay on top of all things we’re learning in
the classroom. Remember: you are the first key to your child’s
success!
About Miss Close Important Dates
My name is Kaitlin Close and I am a Sept. 3rd – NO SCHOOL
recent graduate of Michigan State (Labor Day)
University. I am lucky enough to be entering Sept. 4th – First Day of
School
my third year here at Carnegie Elementary
School in Kindergarten. Some of my
