    MY TO DO LIST

    PALS - PARAGRAPH SHRINKING


    1. Buddy #1 will be the "Reader" for the first section and will stop where it says
    "STOP"/ Buddy #2 will be the "Coach" and will listen to Buddy #1

    2. Buddy #1 will shrink the paragraph in 10 words or less (whoa!)/ Buddy #2 will listen

    3. When Buddy #1 is finished, Buddy #2 will give positive feedback to Buddy #1 (one
    thing she/he/they did well and one thing he/she/they can work on for next time)

    4. Buddy #1 and Buddy #2 will switch when the timer goes off - Buddy #2 will be the
    "Reader" for the next section and Buddy #1 will be the "Coach"

    5. When Buddy #2 will finish reading and will shrink the paragraph in 10 words or less
    (crazy!)/ Buddy #1 will listen

    6. When Buddy #2 is done, Buddy #1 will give positive feedback to Buddy #2 (one
    thing she/he/they did well and one thing he/she/they can work on for next time)

    7. Buddy #1 and #2 will fill out their own reading logs and then raise their hand when
    they are done so Ms. Marsala and Ms. Strade can see what everyone learned today!
