I am writing to express my interest in an internship with the Winston-Salem State University

Athletics Program. I learned about your program by being a student here at Winston-Salem
State University.

I am currently majoring in Sports Management, with a concentration in marketing and will

receive my degree in May of 2019. While I have a background in many different sporting
events and programs, my emphasis is on sports marketing. I feel that being a part of your
program places similarity in areas that I have worked with previously but will give me the tools
to expand on my knowledge.

After graduation, I hope to work for a program like yours to grow my experience, serve
athletes, and one day start my own program. With the right opportunities and experience
here I believe I can achieve my future goal.
