Terms and Conditions

Necessary Documents to be handed over such as Sketch of the Plot, Possession Certificate, Tax Receipt, Location
Plan, Copy of Land Agreement (Aadharam).
Digital survey details of the Plot to know about the boundary, well, existing building, electrical line or transformer,
existing trees detail etc. (If any).
Once the Scheme Plan is approved by the client, the square feet details given in that would be the final area.
The Total Square feet in the scheme plan is inclusive of Car porch, balcony, patio, dine out, gathering area, seen
below etc.
If there is any difference in the square feet from the handover until the Scheme Plan is finalized, the square feet if it is
increased or decreased then the amount has to be paid to the Architect if it is additional or if it is less, then the same
amount shall be deducted from the Client next payment to be made to the Architect.
