    Elbow Center Calculation Tan Values

    = Tan(θ/2) x 38.1 x D Tan (30/2) = 0.267

    D Diameter in Inch Tan (40/2) = 0.363

    θ  Degree of Elbow (angle)a Tan (45/2) = 0.414

    Example Tan (60/2) = 0.577

    For 12” pipe 60 degree Elbow Tan (80/2) = 0.839

    = Tan(60/2) x 38.1 x 12 Tan (90/2) = 1

    = 263.80 mm
