Date: Tuesday, May 7th

We will leave from the middle school front parking lot at 7:30 a.m. Please make
arrangements to be here by that time. Mrs. Lundeen, the school nurse, and I will be
driving the school vehicles that day. It is important that we leave by that time so we
can make registration and the opening activities. A light breakfast will be provided
there as well as our lunch. In the past, the lunch has been pizza.

The activities should be over around 2:00 p.m. We will head back to Kane at that
time. In the past, we have stopped at Sheetz to get a drink/snack for the way home
if you want to bring a little money. Please let me know as soon as possible, if you
get sick and are unable to attend. You may call me either Monday night or Tuesday
morning. My home phone number is 837-1049.

In the event that you need to reach your child during the day, please call my cell
phone at 814-598-9478. If there would be any type of emergency that day, you
would be contacted using the information you provided on the permission slip sent
home earlier.
