Sir,

Most respectfully, it is stated that I, Waleed Zahoor, Roll no 300, Session 2011-16, Reg no. 2011-
RMC-0284-UHS, have graduated from Rawalpindi Medical College affiliated with University of
Health Sciences with M.B.B.S degree last month. My final year exams were held in December
2016-February 2017 with the result being announced in late February.

I now wish to appear in USMLE examination Step 1 which requires the M.B.B.S degree for the
graduates. As I have graduated recently, I do not have the degree with me, I am writing to you
this application so that I can get my degree and be able to get done with my documentation so
that I can appear in the exam. As per the university rules, I have attached all the required
documents along with the degree application form filled and attested by the Dean of my medical
college.

Kindly issue me the degree so that I may be able to pursue my future ambitions and get done
with USMLE exams. I shall be very thankful to you for this kind favour.
