What areas need further improvement?

Miss Arana demonstrates very solid intermediate medical-surgical nursing skills and is able to integrate
pathophysiology, pharmacology, and nursing science at the novice level and continues to grow in this area.

What is your overall evaluation of this student compared with others at the same level in your program?
Miss Arana is an exemplary student who has demonstrated the development of a solid nursing skill set across a wide
variety of pediatric medical surgical patients. She is committed to excellence in nursing practice and is sought out by
her peers as a resource person. She is an excellent candidate for your new graduate program. I recommend her
without reservation and believe that she will be an asset to your institution.
