Board approved variances for "In excess of building height" and "Parking not
permitted in corner side yards".
Board denied the variance for "Parking pad not permitted in front yard" for the
following reasons:
* Applicant currently has a driveway
* No evidence provided for the need of a parking pad
RESULT: DENY VARIANCE [UNANIMOUS]
