1. The 3-Day congressio nal level simultaneous training for selected School Paper Advisers (SPA)
on school paper production and new journalism events/components will be from September 24
to 28,2018 (set of dates o their choice) at the following venues:

2 . Aim of this training is to update the School Paper Advisers of the new guidelines on school
paper production and journalism events/components before the conduct of the District and
Division Press Confer^nces and other similar activities.

3. A registration of One Hundred (100.00) pesos will be collected from each participant to defray
training expenses for facilitators/trainers meals and other training materials. Issuance of the
receipt will be by scho bl.

Participants in this tra ning will be entitled to a one (1) day service credit for September 29,
2018 - Saturday, (ifthlrs day will be included in the training date options of the districts)

5. Enclosed is the List of Trainers/Facilitators in the different congressional districts.

6. Registration of partic pants shall be charged from school publication fund while travel and
other incidental expen ses relative to this training shall be charged to school MOOE, PTA fund
and other local funds siubject to usual accounting & auditing rules and regulations.
