Annotations and Notes on Chapter 8

● The animal finished the wildmill

● Napoleon has more security
● Poetry is written about napoleon
● Napoleon is trying to sell the timber to mr. pilkington and mr. frederick ,napoleon
sell the timber to mr.pilkington,mr.pilkington give fake money to animals.
● Human attack the animal, the windmill get destroyed again.
● Pig get drunk
● Squealer is caught changing the 7 commandments

My thoughts on the chapter are… (5 sentences minimum)

The animals are now strong because they just defeated the
human ones again.napoleon and the pigs are now changing the
rules for they can do what they couldn't do back then.

Reflections on the Reading Today

1. Do you believe that the animals are fooled by the changing of the rules
and do not see through the cunning of the pigs?
Why or why not?no because they remember the old rules, but the pigs
just say that it was alway like that.
2. Squealer uses statistics to confuse and convince the animals. How
often do people in our world do this? Why must we be careful of this?it
makes it look like it is the Truth.
3. In what ways is Napoleon setting himself apart from the animals? Do
you think his new titles are fitting? .What is the point of the songs and
poems written about Napoleon? he's the big dog, So everybody in the
farm is going to hate them. to fear Him.
4. How do the pigs celebrate their win against the humans?
they get drunk.
