    SunBank announces annual food drive for needy families in Texas

    Huntsville, TX, April 3— SunBank will begin an annual month long food drive starting
    June 14th; to provide food for low income households in Texas.

    SunBank began organizing the food charity earlier this year to sponsor food
    campaigns. “We decided to have our program for the summer months to help replenish
    depleted food banks.” said Sara Curtis, Senior Vice President of Marketing. Sunbank
    will partner up with Christian Service Center to distribute non perishable food
    statewide.

    According to Sara Curtis The food drive was sparked after concern that almost
    ¼ of children in Texas go to bed hungry every. Sunbank aims to collect 100,000 cans of
    food for their first food drive. This food campaign program aims to supply food for
    underprivileged families to ensure that Texas citizens are taken care of.
