The following questions are about gaining a general image of the interviewee.

4. What do you study and what are your future plans regarding your study?

The following questions are specific for our target segment and provide insight
in their needs and problems. These questions are specific for people who have
studied abroad or did a minor and who needed a temporary room.
5. What was the reason for searching a temporary room? (Internship, minor
etc.)

6. In which city were you looking for a room and for what period of time did you
need the room?

7. Which potential options (services) did you find, in the process of searching
for a temporary room ?

8. Which of these options did you use and what were the pros and cons of
these options?

9. If you used a website, what was your opinion about the layout? Was it easy
to use? Was everything clear?

10. When comparing different rooms, what attributes were most important to
you?

11. After choosing a potential room, how did you approach the renter?
12. Could you give an example of a positive experience of the process of
finding your room?

13. Could you give an example of a negative experience of the process of

finding your room?

14. Were you ever declined for a room? If so, was there a reason?

15. How do you feel about receiving offers from the housing website you are
using (e-mail, newsletter, etc.)?
