Loan Agreement

I, Emelita Abarracoso agree to the terms as stated above and promise to repay the loan also stated above to
Atinodoro A Abarracoso. The attached computation table generated with the basis of the agreement that 4%
monthly interest. Represents the first of each month 5 day grace period.

Missed payments

If for any reason I missed more than two payments in a row, the lender Atinodoro A Abarracoso, has right to
raise the interest rate to 5% from that point forward for the duration of the loan and the missed payments will be
added to the total amount owed.

I understand that “missing a payment” is defined as being more than a month late for a payment.
If I am more than four months late then the lender will follow the computation attached.
