Skills

I hold many of the key skills that I believe are required to be an effective school leader / administrator at
Central Mountain Middle School. I am very knowledgeable and hold a degree in technology education,
which equips me to be able to help and assist students, staff, and parents with the variety of technology issues
and tools that are used in the school on a daily basis. I also have problem-solving skills that I have acquired
over the years of experience that I have in the classroom and as a coach in not only this district but in Florida as
well. This has also given me the ability to be an effective communicator with not only students and staff, but
parents and community members as well. Also, I am devoted to being a life long learner, and this is why I am
still pursuing my Doctorate in Educational Leadership. Above all, I am dedicated to seeing students and staff
succeed in the classroom.
