Inception and Operations – 0 to 6 Months

After establishing our Vision, Strategies and Target Market, we will be highly focusing on
coordination of all the functions together in order to achieve momentum to accelerate towards
success for Marquer Corporation.

At this stage, things such as acquiring clients, generating leads , marketing operations will be given
the most importance along with HR and finance operations.

Customer Base Expansion – 6 Months to 3 Years

After penetrating the market, the next challenge we face is going from a few clients to many clients
and more.

Therefore, we will focus on increasing the client base for the growth of Marquer Corporation and
target a large market opportunity and work to gain a significant market share(up to 7 -8 %).

In this stage we will seek out for Angel investors – Wealthy individuals who made their fortune in the
Advertising and Research industry. It will be very crucial to select investors who share the same
vision as ours and help Marquer Corporation to Channelize their full potential.

Brand Image – 3 to 5 Years

With the constant changing world and new trends followed by customers in a very short span of
time, we will focus on providing strategic, latest research and advertising techniques with high levels
of accuracy and cost effectiveness to acquire a strong clientele and create a High Value Brand Image
for Marquer Corporation with Significant Revenue/Turnover growth.
