    Mr. Topu from VTL Knitting complained to Mr. Monirul of Viyellatex Spinning Ltd about dead cotton in dyed fabric from yarn lot 162, which was 30S/1CH cotton. The root cause was determined to be low maturity of the raw cotton. The corrective action taken was to increase nep removal in the carding machine and reduce the card speed. Mr. Monirul, as the action taker, decided to replace 2100kg of yarn from that lot with yarn from another lot.
