In order to compose a research-based argument that I will be proud of, I need to get a few

things figured out. At my disadvantage, I missed class last week because I had a kidney
infection. I was aware that the “shitty first draft” was due April 3rd, which is coincidentally also
my birthday; However, I was too sick to get any work done so I haven’t even really dug into the
assignment yet. The “shitty first draft” shouldn’t be that difficult to start with because I actually
enjoy writing those because it is just a matter of getting all of my ideas out onto a paper and
outlining my work. I haven’t decided on which platform I want to use but it will probably be
either a website or the classic paper style. Tonight and tomorrow I need to dedicate time to work
on my writing. The rough draft won’t take much time, probably three hours max. In order to
make sure my second draft is turned in on time, I am going to have to have a night in the library
to revise my shitty rough draft and solidify my research-based argument.
