Once again we are gathered here for the tradition of our school which is the Annual
Acquaintance Party.
This is kick off activity intended for new students, transferees and old as well toget
to know one another in order to adapt to their new environment to, to the oldand
returning students, to build friendship
to enhance smooth interpersonal relation with peers and teachers, and of course
toknow the newly elected officials.

One of the highlights of this gathering is the induction of our newly electedofficials of
the PTA, SSG and Homeroom
Therefore before we get things started, it
is my pleasure and pride to welcome the the newly elected officialsI wish that you
illuminate what Rosalynn Carter once elegantly said,
"A leader takes people where they want to go. A great leader takes people where
they don't necessarily want to go, but ought to be."
as you take the lead today, for now and always, remember
to fire passion for transparency, honesty and integrity, and above all,

theupperclassmen, get to know one another through interpersonal communication

by the event’s undertakings
, to experience a brief background of who the Nursingdepartment is and what we
do, and to be able to create an environment of strong bondforged by harmony and
cooperation.

In black and white

Lights, music, and people – the night was filled so many things but mostly of these three.
It is the time of the year, a highly anticipated night every CIIT student is always looking
forward to. This is the night we are called to have fun and enjoy, dress up and be
ourselves, and unite and make new friends. The CIIT Acquaintance Party is the night we
celebrate our lives as college students, our lives as part of the CIIT family.

Symbolizing elegance, sophistication and minimalism, the 2015 Acquaintance Party was
themed “Black and White”, which was headed and overall organized by the Student
Council. Held on September 11 at the Richprime Building in Quezon City, students
gathered to an event that almost welcomes them again to their new home. The music was
sometimes dominated by cheers and laughter, the performances from students, specials
guests and even school staff were most-awaited and definitely won our hearts.
