DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR SYSTEM

Baron’s innovative VHDD Series Doppler Weather Radar system
architecture is composed of equipment and components with
interoperable capabilities and configurable features to meet the
unique requirements of varying sites and user needs.

The VHDD Series Doppler Weather Radars are standalone turnkey

systems incorporating advanced signal processing technologies for
accurate detection, processing, and distribution of Doppler radar
data and derived meteorological image products.

THE LEADER IN DUAL-POLARITY precision data acquisition of
Both the VHDD-350C and VHDD-1000C are available in single or dual-polarization meteorological areas of interest
configurations. With the dual-polarization option employed, both systems provide the
user with measurement improvements in precipitation intensity; as well as ushering
in the capability to distinguish accurately between the different precipitation types,
including drizzle, rain, snow, graupel, hail and rain/hail mixes.
