Case Study: CHANGE MANAGEMENT

Claymount group of companies is an ISO 9001 / 13485 certified manufacturer and global supplier of components and
subsystem devices for medical and industrial X-ray imaging equipment manufacturers. It offers high voltage
connection systems that includes cables, connectors, receptacles, and other systems for medical and industrial X-ray
applications, as well as for other related industrial and scientific applications; dose control solutions, such as solid
state and ionization chamber technologies; high voltage generators; collimators for integration with radiography and
fluoroscopy systems; and measuring chambers, as well as rotating tray enclosures and tables for portable DR panels.
The company also provides digital mammography and radiography solutions. The company is supported by a solid
executive management layer and a strong financial foundation. They have built preeminent leadership position in this
industry through close co-operation and partnership with local and global OEM’s and system suppliers. The core
business is to design, manufacture and supply customer specific system components that reduce cost and fulfill high
quality expectations and just in time demand. Claymount continuously strive to maintain a close relationship with all
of their customers by improving communication and providing transparency about the company's challenges,
opportunities and expectations.

In 2015, Claymount group of companies were acquired by Varian Medical Systems, Inc. As part of a spin-off of the
Imaging Components business from Varian, the Claymount companies became part of Varex Imaging Corporation’s
global organization as of December 31, 2016. The spin-off of Varex Imaging into an independent company was
completed as of January 28, 2017.

Varex Imaging Corporation is a leading independent supplier of medical X-ray tubes and image processing solutions.
From medical imaging, to cargo screening and border security, their components are used by X-ray imaging system
manufacturers around the globe to detect, diagnose, and protect.

As part of the continuous efforts to integrate the Claymount companies into the Varex Imaging organization, the latter
announced the following changes:

1. All Claymount companies will start incorporating the Varex Imaging trade name migrate to the Varex Imaging trade
name as of 1st of July 2018

2. All Claymount companies will formally change their legal names to a corresponding Varex Imaging name as of 1st
of January 2019

The Claymount companies, as Varex Imaging branded companies, will continue to manufacture the same products,
from the same manufacturing sites, with no changes to products specifications or performance characteristics.
