Title: ​Report on Technical Seminar

The Technical Seminar earlier held at the EPC Hall was led by Engr.
Chlifford Gasalao, Engr. Ronel Baes, Engr. Benedict Wong, Engr. Ann Tolentino,
Engr. Jerome Tolentino, and Hon. Jerico Borja from the PSME Makati Chapter.

The first speaker was Engr. Chlifford Gasalao who was then followed by
Engr. Jerome Tolentino. The third speaker was Engr. Ronel Baos and then finally
the last spokesperson was Hon. Jerico Borja.

Engr. Gasalao and Engr. Jerome Tolentino mainly discussed about HVAC.
Engr Gasalao focused on the Factors affecting Building Comfort: Heat and
Temperature, Humidity, Acoustics, Indoor Air Quality, and Air Movement while
Engr. Jerome Tolentino focused on the Application of Psychrometrics in the
HVAC System. On the other hand, the third speaker which was Engr. Ronel Baos
gave a fundamental knowledge about Fire Protection System. The last speaker who
set foot was Hon. Jerico Borja which gave a mini career talk and advised the
students about the career paths in the field of Mechanical Engineering which is part
of the new trend and will lead to a bright future if it will be taken seriously.
