From the technical perspective, HCL owns the migration activity and
plays the role of integrator for Belgacom’s IDMS Business continuity
project, which encompasses migrating all the batch, online and interface
related compoents from/connected to BS2000 to IBM z/OS.

everyone works directly with their client team and manager. Tasks are
assigned directly to everyone and managing this is really challenging. I
take care of entire cycle of the resources from on boarding till release and
the project life cycle from gathering requirements, estimation, planning,
execution and delivery. Will have regular status updates with all client
managers (around 8 managers in Dallas and Memphis together) in
Banking and Mortgage systems. Core metrics like Productivity, DRE,
SV, EV are measured and reported to HCL / FHN management and
take care of billings, CSAT, and escalations.

Work Location : Chicago (USA).
IRI collects consumer purchase data from stores and panelists. The
data is processed and stored in Dictionary and UPC Select Database.
Based on client requests the UPC Select data is extracted and presented to
the customers through Infoviews.
Dictionary is the only place in IRI system, where the product details are
stored, and every application refers to Dictionary for any kind of product
detail. Dictionary system is fed by Mainframe data loading for Europe (into
DIV), and Unix data loading for USA (into Oracle). Daily and weekly
concurrency jobs (Mainframe and Unix jobs) are scheduled to make all the
three in SYNC for users/delivery system to access data.

A Stub is a collection of UPC (Universal Product Code for a
Product) and their Descriptions, which belong to a similar product
Class. The UPCs are placed in a hierarchical format based on the
Attributes of the products.
The stub which is created in this application is one of the input for
the Report Generation which is the final product of IRI deliverable to
their clients.
