Spiritual Growth

“When you give, do not expect something in return for if you do, then it is not generosity
but selfishness.”

Through this passage I have learned that if we give something or if we do something

good we must not seek something in return. We must be generous, selfless and kind. We must
not do something for the sake of its return. We must do things with heart and give things with
our whole heart. Our prime purpose in this world is to help others and if you can’t help them at
least don’t hurt them.

Personal Growth

In the video, “Negative Attitude of Unhappy People” I really like what the speaker said,
“your job is to lift the fallen, to restore the broken and to heal the hurting” as teachers we
catch those students who are fallen academically and emotionally. We listen to them, talk to
them and guide them to make decisions. We restore them the moment they feel broken in
their homes or in the class; we heal them by not judging them but by believing in them.

Professional Growth

I learned that upon the card giving day, we must plan out ahead what are we
going to tell the parents. We must also have outputs that we can show the parents or tell the
parents. As teachers also we must not have favoritisms. We must love our children equally and
at the same time have fair treatment with all of them. I have also learned in this meeting, some
of test strategies that involves thinking.
