handled by one person will be charged on Gross Weight.

Parcels over 30 kilos, large in size or difficult to handle by one person, items containing Lithi-
um ION batteries, perfumes, liquids or other HAZ products, will be sent on a different ser-
vice, and will be charged on the Gross Weight or Volume weight, whichever is greater.

Dutiable items must be accompanied by an invoice stating value of goods whenever possible

Customers will be liable to pay customs duties and VAT incurred upon clearance at destination if and when customs levy duties.

Length x Width x Height in cm and then divide by 6000 = Volume Weight
