Terms & Conditions:


1) Booking will be done on first come first serve basis.
2) 100% advance payment for courses is mandatory.
3) Tariff is excluding all taxes. 18% GST would be charged extra.
4) The seating capacity of the Training Centre is 24.
5) Operatories can only be booked with at least projection area.
6) Course conductors and participants will need to submit a copy of valid registration and indemnity
policy for Hands-on on live patients.
7) Typhodont teeth will be charged at Rs.100/- per tooth +12% GST extra.
8) The tariff includes complimentary Wi-Fi.
9) The projection area tables are equipped with individual connections for laptops and equipments.
10) The training centre reserves the right to relay presentations and carry out other promotional
activities of Illusion Dental or any of its affiliate companies during the course.
11) The tariff includes 1 technical assistant & 1 clinical assistant.
12) Photography and Videography rights for various courses lie with the training centre, unless
mentioned otherwise.
13) Live procedures on patients can be performed by foreign speakers/dentists only after verification
of written permission from the Dental Council of India / State Council for the same.
14) Additional assistants for hand-on or demos will have to be arranged by the course conductor.
15) All instruments, handouts, equipment, models & materials for the demos & hands-on shall be
arranged by the course conductors.
16) The course conductor / participant shall be responsible for all hands-on on the live patients done
during the course. The responsibility of any damage or complications caused to the patient during
or after the course shall lie with the course conductor / participant.
17) Any damage caused to the equipment or other belongings of the training centre will be the
responsibility of the course conductor and the cost of the damage needs to be reimbursed to
the company.
18) Delegates will be provided with water bottles & writing material for the courses.
19) Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner can be ordered by the course conductors or by the participants and
the charges for the same will have to be paid by the course conductor / participants.
20) A nominal service charge will be applicable for services during meals.

Cancellation Policy:
21) Any change in course dates will be considered as cancellation.
Cancellation done a month or more prior to booking date 15% Cancellation Charge on Gross Amt
Cancellation done 15days to 1 month prior to booking date 30% Cancellation Charge on Gross Amt
Cancellation done less than 15 days prior to booking date 70% Cancellation Charge on Gross Amt
I, the undersigned agree to all the terms and conditions mentioned above. I understand that I shall
be responsible for any hands-on on live patients and/or any damage or complications to the
patients during or after the course.
