This Notice concerns your leased house at the following address:

Block 2 Lot 45 Regal Homes, Alapan I;A, Imus, Cavite

This is to inform you that I will not be renewing your lease on March 1, 2013 because I
will make major renovation of the house and you must vacate the premises on or before March
1, 2013.

I look forward to seeing you comply with this notice because you are given plenty of
time to look for another residence.
