Conduct safety Induction program for all new entrants and continuous training programs for all employees/ workers working in the plant. 2. Conduct Mock drills on Emergency situations 3. Attend safety meetings in the plant and closing safety points of such meetings. 4. Conduct Safety round and sharing observation report on daily basis. 5. Conduct and ensure Tool box talk for all employees. 6. Ensure safety communication arrangements through Displays, Safety Signs, In House Magazines, Safety Literature, Annual Plant Safety Performance Report etc. 7. Involvement in safety goal/target setting, Improvement project, Safety Suggestion Scheme, Safety Promotional activities etc. B. Safety Audits and Inspections 8. Ensure statutory inspection for all lifting tools& tackles and pressure vessels through third party. 9. Conduct non statutory inspections for the plant 10. Comply ESS and GRC portal 11. Participation in safety audits and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for points of safetyaudits 12. Involvement in the process of hazard identification and risk assessment 13. Conduct Job safety analysis for construction activities 14. Involvement in statutory assessment of contractor from safety point of view 15. Controlling contractors through regular monitoring, reward & penalty system and performance review of Contractor 16. Inspect all safety equipment and maintain them in good manner C. Safety and fire Control system 17. Ensure good health of safety guards, safety interlocks, hand tools and power tools in the plant 18. Ensure 100% compliance with work permit system and safe isolation procedure 19. Study and control hazardous substances in the plant 20. Procurement and maintain personal protective equipment in the plant. 21. Monitoring noise, ventilation and dust in the workplace 22. Inspection of electrical equipment and installation 23. Ensure fire risk of hazardous area in the plant 24. Ensure maintenance of firefighting equipment and documentation 25. Ensure healthiness of fire alarm system 26. Train employees on emergency planning D. Safety performance & measurement 27. Report all incidents including near miss on ESS 28. Ensure investigation of all incidents including near miss 29. Maintain data of incident trend analysis 30. Recognizing and Managing Potential Loss Areas E. Workplace safety 31. Ensure hygiene of workplace 32. Ensure safety display in the plant 33. Ensure 5S in the plant 1. Covering 100 % employees for induction 2. No violation with permit / LOTO system 3. 100 % reporting of incidents 4. Attending assigned safety meetings 5.
