8 WHEREAS, the Department of Education Schools Division of Gapan City, through the General
9 Appropriations Act 2019 advertised through the PhilGEPS the sum of Seven Million Eight
10 Hundred Seventy One Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Eight & 83/100 Pesos (Php
11 7,871,838.83) for the CY 2019 BEFF Repair/Rehabilitation of School Buildings and the sum
12 of One Million One Hundred Twenty Two Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy One & 63/100
13 Pesos (Php 1,122,771.63) for the CY 2019 BEFF School Electrification Program at Gapan

24 RESOLVED to declare the bids from the said contractor as the Single Calculated and
25 Responsive Bid (SCRB);
