First Observation

Feedback from mentor teachers and co-workers will always be important to me so that I know what I
could improve on or what I may have taught in class that was successful and would help another
teacher. I know I need to be more confident in myself rather than being so hard on myself, especially
when a lesson I taught did not go as expected. Any opportunity that I have to observe another teacher
teaching, would support me in bettering my teaching skills and learning different resources and
strategies other than my own.
