A modernized office: Redesigning with style

Introduction

In this proposal, I aim to persuade the company management that our offices should be
improved by redecorating and giving the state of the art style in order to attract more customers
and in that way, make our company more profitable.

Why our offices should be improved

Our travel company is the most relevant one in the area since it has received several visitors,
but we see that our headquarters are quite empty these days because of the accommodation
that is falling into small pieces, the walls are not colorful anymore. It also looks in an old-
fashioned way, lights are dull and even doors are moth-eaten.

Following a survey among our staff suggests that our offices must be redecorated and fixed
because it will give a much more stylish environment to work and customers will feel more eager
to visit and have an enjoyable experience.

How can it be improved

Since our offices need a big improvement it is advisable that we invest a large sum of money so
that they look attractive to our customers. There is no doubt that we need to repaint the walls,
install an air conditioner, change the doors. According to the survey, there should be
chalkboards to emphasize creativity, a meeting room with atmospheric lighting, the walls filled
with travel paintings and let us not forget about the lights which need to be lively and
appropriate to the walls color.

I recommend that one section be converted into a waiting room for our customers to feel
comfortable when visiting our installations.

Redesign would benefit everyone

Redesigning the office would benefit not only the customers who would visit us there but also
the people who work there since they will produce more effectively and the company will
eventually recover its investment. As a result, our company will get more profits and become
more successful than ever before. Improving the company's image is the aim of each firm. New,
modern as well as favorite ways of training employees will improve the image of the company.

I believe that redesigning the office is the best choice and strongly urge you take this into
consideration.
