How to change JioFi password and username from smartphone/pc?

Hello friends, In this tutorial I will show you how to change the JioFi password(SSID) from your
Smartphone/PC in seven simple steps. In case you face any problem in any step you can watch my video
for better understanding. Although i have attached pictures also.

So, let's go through these seven simple steps.

Step 1.

First step is to connect your smartphone/PC to JioFi router over wifi or using USB cable

Note: Remember you can't access configuration page if jiofi is not connected

Step 2.

Put this url http://jiofi.local.html or http://192.168.225.1 into the address bar of your browser and
then hit the search

Step 3.

Click on the 'login' option shown on the top right corner of screen
Step 4.

Enter 'administrator' as username and password to get the access of configuration page

Step 5.

Navigate to the 'WiFi' under the 'settings' tab

Step 6.

Here you can change the username(SSID) and password(security key) of your Jiofi device.

After changing the username and password hit the apply button.

Step 7.

Now its seventh and last step..since you have changed your password and username so, hit the ' OK' to
confirm the changes.

After completing all the above steps your WiFi module will be restart and it will cause WiFi
disconnection. Now use your new password to connect your Smartphone/PC with Jio Fi router.
