WHEREAS I am the owner Of Flat No-1104/2A,. Siddhachal Phase 6 Thane
West, Thane PIN: 400610 admeasuring. (Built-Up area)________ sq.ft_for

flat , lying, being and situated at within the limits of TMC Municipal
Corporation and within the Registration District and Sub-District of
_____ herein after referred to as the “SAID PREMISES”.
A. WHEREAS I have agreed to enter into a service agreement with
Nestaway Technologies Private Limited ("Nestaway") for the
purposes as mentioned therein.

B. AND WHEREAS pursuant to the execution of the said services

agreement, Nestaway will be authorised to carry out such duty in
respect of the Schedule Property as detailed under the Services
Agreement.

C. AND WHEREAS as per the provisions of the applicable laws, the

leave and license agreements to be executed by me and my tenants in
the SAID PREMISES is required to be registered.

D. AND WHEREAS due to lack of time I am not able to be present

before various authorities of government for concerned works and
complete all the formalities.

E. AND WHEREAS I have, therefore, decided to appoint

Mr. XYZ Age XX Years, Pan no. XXXXXXXX to be my true and
lawful attorney to do and register the leave and license agreements
along with performing the following acts and deeds on my behalf and
which the said attorney has agreed to do.

NOW KNOW YOU ALL AND THESE PRESENTS WITNESS that I,

hereby appoint and constitute the said Mr. XYZ to be my true and lawful
attorney or agent with full authority to do and execute the following acts
deeds and things for me, in my name and on my behalf namely,

1. To register the Leave and License Agreement in terms of the draft

approved by me.
2. To appear before Sub-Registrar and sign before Sub-Registrar on
my behalf for registration of the said Leave and License
Agreement.
3. To do all other acts and things that may be necessary or incidental

AND generally to do all acts, deeds and things which my said attorneys or
attorney deem fit and necessary for the purposes aforesaid as fully and
effectually in all respects as I could do the same myself;

AND I, the said Mr. Ranjeet Kumar Sinha HEREBY AGREE and
undertake to ratify and confirm all and whatsoever my said attorneys or
attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of this deed.
