OPTIONAL CAR BUTTON IS USED FOR TO ACTIVATE EMERGENCY UNIT WHEN MAINS POWER IS LIVE BUT CAR STOP BETWEEN TWO LEVEL
C BECAUSE OF CONTROL PANEL FAILURES. THIS BUTTON MUST CONNECT BY CLOSE CONTACTS OF RU1Y AND RU2Y CONTACTORS OF CONTROL PANEL C
OTHERWISE UNNECESSARY BUTTON OPERATIONS ACTIVATE THE EMERGENCY UNIT WHĐLE PANEL WORKS
IF SAFETY VOLTAGE IS DIFFERENT FROM SENSOR VOLTAGE , YOU MAY NEED SPERATE LEVEL STOP SENSORS FOR PANEL AND AKUS.
USE CONTACT (NORMALY OPEN AT FLOOR) BETWEEN 142 & BAT+. OR USE ONLY ONE MAGNET BETWEEN 142 AND 101 IF IT'S ALSO TRUE FOR PANEL.
A SMART BATTERY CHARGE SYSTEM IS USED WHICH DOES NOT TIRE THE BATTERIES AND MAKES THEM WORK MANY YEARS
DISPLAY SHOWS BATTERY VOLTAGE WHILE MAINS POWER IS LIVE AND EMERGENCY UNIT IS ACTIVE.
DISPLAY IS OFF TO SAVE THE BATTERY WHEN MAINS POWER IS FAIL AND THERE IS NO LEVELING ACTIVITY.
LEVELING IS START BY ONE DIRECTION. IF THE WEIGHT BALANCE IS NOT SUPPORT THIS DIRECTION IT STOPS .AFTER STOPPING EMERGENCY UNIT STARTS AGAIN
WITH OTHER DIRECTION. WHEN LIFT IS FULL FOR THE FIRST LEVELING ATTEMP, DOWN DIRECTION MOVEMENT IS SUGGESTED TO SUCCEED IN LEVELING.
H1 : UNABLE TO TURN MOTOR. MAYBE SOMETHING WRONG WITH BRAKE OR MOTOR WIRING.
H2 : FLOOR LEVEL MAGNET IS NOT WORKING. VERY LONG TIME TO REACH FLOOR LEVEL.
H3 : NO POWER TRANSMISSION TO MOTOR. THE MOTOR CAN NOT BE SUPPLIED BY THE BATTERIES.
H4 : POWER TRANSISTORS FAIL. THERE MAY BE A TROUBLE WITH THE TRANSISTORS OF MOTOR DRIVER.
H5 : BATTERY EMPTY. THE BATTERY'S VOLTAGE IS NOT ENOUGH FOR LEVELING OR THE VOLTAGE IS REDUCED BECAUSE OF OVER LOAD
THERE IS AN ADJUSTABLE RESISTOR ON RELAY CARD OF AKUS FOR DELAYING FLOOR SIGNAL.
D IF ONLY ONE SENSOR USED BOTH PANEL AND AKUS (Between 142 and 101) THIS RESISTOR HELPS EXACT FLOOR LEVELING WITHOUT CHANGING MAGNET POSITIONS. D
