At this point turning in all my work in time and complete is working for me to keep my
grades good.

If your grades are low, what’s making academic success difficult?

Something that brings my grades down are tests because i get low scores on them, one
thing i can do to change that is study hard before a test.

What is one academic goal you have for yourself for the next four weeks?
One academic goal i have for myself is to keep my grades up and not give up on any assignment
because it gets hard.

What specific actions will you take to help achieve this goal?
