consisting of 6 multipurpose courts, ¼-mile track, 24,000 square foot weight room and cardio floor, 8 racquetball courts, 6

 Oversee and supervise a staff of up to 50 Operation Attendants, 10 Operation Leads, and 15 Building Supervisors assisting
with their recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling
 Assist with completing payroll for Operation student employees on a bi-weekly basis while maintaining a $260,000 student

Building Manager August 2015 – May 2017
 Oversaw the daily operations of the RWC, a 150,000 square foot building consisting of 6 multipurpose courts, 1/8-mile
track, 4 racquetball courts, 23,000 square feet of fitness space, a 9-lane lap pool, and multiple outdoor facility space
 Served as a safety liaison when appropriate for unruly patrons and emergencies taking place inside the facility
 Conducted facility inspections on a weekly basis ensuring that the facility provided a safe environment for all patrons
 Recorded work order for facility maintenance issues through the SharePoint data base system and worked together with
the maintenance and custodial staff to ensure the facility space was in constant operating conditions
 Performed hourly patron counts throughout the facility while recording participation numbers to be provided to the
Student Government Association for continuous additional funding
 Oversaw and supervised a staff of up to 20 student employee from the RWC’s 8 different program areas
 Acted as a liaison during special events that hosted between 100 - 3,000 participants while assisting with event set-up and
take-downs
 Contributed to game set-up for Intramural and Sport Club events and assisted in renting out equipment for patrons to use
during these programs
 Served on the Risk Management Committee where I lead a gym-wide audit test ensuring that student staff had complete

 Developed a yearly budget with the help of the RWC Park Coordinator and completed purchases of new equipment for the
RWC Park
 Completed and recorded semester inventory over all equipment used at the RWC Park

 Contributed to the planning and execution of the FC Barcelona soccer camp that hosted over 2,000 youth athletes
