My running shoes
Why did you choose this as one of your artifacts?
I choose my running shoes because whenever I needed to clear my head I would put
them one and go for a run. Instead of doing drugs or something illegal, I would just run.
How did your experience with this artifact change or impact you?
I put these shoes on whenever I need to think about something and I wear them to
practice were I am my happiest.
Did you see growth in your targeted soft skills through the course of working on this artifact?
Explain.
I do see growth because normally I would just stay home and feel miserable trying to
figure things out but being able to rely on myself to fix it on my own has been a real hastle.
Provide an example of how the skills you practiced or the knowledge you gained via this artifact
may also be used in a career in which you are interested.
One skill I practiced through the artifact was communication because I was able to
help myself figure out what best works for me and not what what works my teammates
because we are all different.
