COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

We, Husband, and Wife, hereby enter into this Compromise Agreement / Settlement of Any and All
Claims, and by virtue thereof manifest as follows:

1. We are the parents of ZZZZ , who was born on _____. She is now aged ___years old.
2. Custody. With regards to the custody of the child, parties have agreed that petitioner mother,
XXX shall have sole and exclusive custody of the child consistent with Article 213 of the Family
Code wherein it is for the best interest of the child that the mother should have custody of the
child, in case of separation of parents.Respondent agrees that the child can travel abroad or
outside the Philippines with the petitioner mother as the latter has the sole and exclusive
custody of the child, without need of a prior court order or consent from the petitioner.
3. Visitation Rights Petitioner recognize the visitation rights of the respondent. Frequent visitation
rights can be afforded to the respondent during the period of time when the child is in the
Philippines or abroad. Visitation rights could include sleep over with the residence of the
respondent. It can also include long distance call by the respondent to the child.
4. Major decisions. Non-custodial parent will be involved in major decisions involving your
children. At the very least, you'll want to describe each parent's role in decisions regarding
education, religion and health care. You should also consider addressing how disciplinary rules
will be created and consistently applied by both parents.
5. Support. Parties agree that they will support the child together and all expenses in raising the
child will be shared by both of them equally.
6. Issues. It is important to remember that no child custody agreement is perfect. Disagreements
will occur. Changes may be necessary. You might not anticipate everything that should have
been covered in the agreement. During the custody negotiations, talk to your spouse about how
you'll address these issues when they occur, and include it in your custody agreement.
7. As such, the parties hereto respectfully request the Public Attorney's Office to treat this incident
as CLOSED.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have mutually and voluntarily agreed to the above
