Hands on experience on:-
 Preventive, Predictive and Breakdown Maintenance, Overhauling, Troubleshooting,
Inspection, Alignment, and Record measurements, Look Listen Feel (LLF) Analysis, Problem
identification of various rotary and static equipment.
 Maintenance, erection & commissioning of Centrifugal pump, Reciprocating pump, Diaphragm
pump, Screw Pump, Gear Pump & Rotary pump, pneumatic pumps.
 Maintenance, erection & commissioning of Blowers, centrifugal compressors, Fin Fans & air
blowers.
 Maintenance, erection & commissioning of various heat exchangers i.e fixed type, U-type &
floating type.
 Mechanical seal and all types of valves refurbishment
 Static jobs during shut down, like valves replacement, heater hydro jetting, with / without
pipe alignment of vessel nozzle.
 Handling of Hot works such as pipes & structure fabrication.
 Injection molding and hydraulically operated presses.

Current Responsibilities
 Supervise facility statutory inspection/change out (vessels, relief & alignment valves)
 Carrying out data trending of all rotating equipment (steam turbine, compressors, pumps,
engines and motors), checking its operational parameters to ascertain equipment health.
 Planning and carrying out preventive maintenance (PM) of Rotating Equipment based on
condition monitoring CM analysis results and SAP.
 Vibration monitoring and analysis to stop breakdown.
 Lube oil sampling and Analysis
 Documentation & checklist preparation during PM and overhauling activity.
 Permit preparation and completion of the job ensuring complete HSE compliance is met while
safely execution of the same.
