May the Omnipotent God be with all of us a promising year of opportunities and blessings.

To commemorate the upcoming Parish Day 2019, the Diocesan Youth Apostolate (DYA)
of San Roque Parish of Mawab will be having a DYA BASKETBALL LEAGUE 2019
which will take place on May 3, 2019 to June 23, 2019 every 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon
at Mawab Gymnasium.

In line with this, we would like to ask permission to your good office to please allow us to
use the Municipal Gymnasium TO BE THE VENUE FOR THE SAID AFFAIR together
with the use of other equipment’s such as chairs, tables, microphones and the available
sound system. Rest assured that the Municipal Gymnasium would be properly taken care
of and would only be used for the said purposes. Your approval to lend the Municipal
Gymnasium as our venue will be very much appreciated for it will be a great help to make
the said event possible.
